The Bespoke Atelier – Terms & Conditions

The Bespoke Atelier by Freya Enright – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 31 MARCH 2025

1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all bespoke commissions made through The Bespoke Atelier by Freya Enright. By commissioning a bespoke piece and/or paying a deposit, the client confirms agreement to the following legally binding terms. These terms override our general Terms of Service for ready-to-wear purchases.

2. Design Consultations & Payments

Clients are entitled to a maximum of three (3) design consultations per project.

Additional consultations may incur a fee of AUD $300 per session, depending on project complexity.

Once a final design is approved, a 50% production deposit is required to begin sourcing and fabrication.

The remaining 50% balance is due prior to collection or dispatch.

In some cases, the cost of high-value materials (such as diamonds, pearls or custom gemstones) may exceed the standard 50% deposit. Freya Enright Jewellery reserves the right to request a higher upfront payment to cover sourcing.

No materials will be sourced until the required deposit is received and cleared.

All quotes are valid for 14 calendar days. If a deposit is not paid within that period, prices may be revised based on supplier, market, or design changes.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

Bespoke pieces are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Clients are not entitled to delay or postpone indefinitely after confirming a design and paying a deposit.

Post-completion changes (such as resizing, engraving, or design adjustments) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply and will be quoted in advance at the studio’s discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities & Risk

Freya Enright Jewellery is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to a piece once it has been collected or dispatched.

Damage resulting from misuse, impact, exposure to chemicals or improper care is not covered under warranty.

Work performed by third parties will void the warranty.

Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies to metals or gemstones before production.

For remote clients, ring sizing must be provided accurately. Resizing or remakes due to incorrect sizing may incur a fee.

5. Production Timeline

Standard production time is 3 weeks from final design approval and receipt of deposit.

Timeline may vary depending on design complexity, gemstone availability or studio capacity.

Freya Enright Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, illness, or force majeure.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, CADs, sketches and concepts remain the intellectual property of Freya Enright Jewellery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any design without permission.

If a client chooses not to proceed, all designs remain the property of Freya Enright and may not be reused.

7. Warranty & Aftercare

All bespoke jewellery includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover general wear, accidental damage, stone loss, or third-party alterations.

One complimentary clean and inspection is included within the first 12 months of collection or delivery.

8. Delivery, Insurance & Risk
