Shipping policy

We deliver to Australia and almost all other countries. Orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

As our pieces are handmade to order in our SYDNEY workshop, please allow time for production. Production time starts from five business days and may go up to fourteen business days.

You can find estimated production times on each product page. Once production is complete you will receive a dispatch email notification with a tracking number provided.
